Shipping policy
Made to order
Every RELIC case is made to order, not mass-produced and stocked ahead of time. This is part of how we keep production waste low, but it also means your case needs a short window to be made before it ships.
Production time
Orders are produced and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).
Shipping time
Once your order ships, delivery time depends on your destination. These are estimated ranges and include occasional variability from carrier volume and global supply chain conditions:
- USA & Canada: 4-14 business days
- UK: 3-10 business days
- Australia & Oceania: 6-14 business days
Combined with production time, most orders arrive within 1-3 weeks depending on destination. You'll receive tracking information by email as soon as your case ships, so you can follow its progress.
Shipping cost
Free shipping on US orders over $60. Orders under $60 will have shipping costs calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping speed.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada.
Carrier delays
Once your order has shipped and is in the carrier's hands, delivery timelines are estimates and are outside of our control. Weather, holidays, high shipping volume, and other carrier-side factors can occasionally cause delays beyond our stated shipping window, though our estimates already aim to account for this. If your tracking shows a delay or your package appears lost, reach out to us at hello@carryrelic.com and we'll help track it down.
If we can't meet our estimated shipping window
If we're ever unable to begin production and ship your order within our stated processing time, we'll notify you by email and give you the option to wait or receive a full refund for the unshipped order.
Order changes or cancellations
Because production begins shortly after your order is placed, changes to shipping address, phone model, or design must be requested within 12 hours of ordering. Contact us at hello@carryrelic.com and we'll do what we can.
